Welcome to Mycocampus.
We’re excited to connect with you.

As founders of Mycocampus, our journey begins in the forest.
We spend time observing, listening, and learning from natural ecosystems — from the quiet intelligence of fungal networks to the resilience and cooperation that sustain forest communities.
In the forest, we are reminded that growth is relational, that diversity creates strength, and that regeneration is a continuous process.
These experiences shape not only our research, but our values as human beings. We believe that the principles embedded in forest ecosystems — interdependence, circularity, adaptive resilience, and respect for living systems — can guide how we design technologies, institutions, and communities.
“From Forest into Society” expresses our commitment to translating ecological wisdom into regenerative innovation. What we learn among trees and mycelial networks, we bring into research, education, and collaborative action — working to cultivate systems that are both ecologically grounded and socially responsible.

Mycocampus is a Switzerland-based regenerative innovation initiative advancing applied mycelium research for ecological restoration and circular systems transformation.
Headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland, and globally connected, we operate through transdisciplinary collaboration across science, industry, civil society, and education.
Our work addresses interconnected environmental challenges through systemic design and measurable impact pathways.
We develop scalable, nature-based solutions that:
Our approach aligns with international sustainability frameworks, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), planetary boundaries research, and emerging resilience metrics.

To advance regenerative, mycelium-based solutions that restore ecosystems, preserve ecological value, and strengthen circular resource systems.
We combine transdisciplinary research with real-world implementation to transform organic waste streams into living, functional infrastructure for remediation, soil regeneration, and environmental resilience.
Grounded in systemic thinking, our work integrates scientific rigor, ecological integrity, and social sustainability — creating measurable impact that aligns environmental restoration with community empowerment and long-term viability.

Ecological Value PreservationRestoring and enhancing natural capital, biodiversity, soil health, and water integrity.
Circular Resource SystemsTransforming waste streams into biologically active infrastructure.
Transdisciplinary Research & Field ValidationBridging laboratory research, real-world implementation, and community engagement.
Social Sustainability & EducationEmpowering all generations with systems thinking, ecological literacy, and regenerative competencies.
We believe regenerative transformation must be scientifically grounded, economically viable, socially inclusive, and ecologically restorative.
Rooted in Switzerland. Operating globally. Delivering measurable regenerative impact.

We develop forward-looking, regenerative approaches that anticipate emerging environmental and societal challenges. Rather than reacting to crises, we design adaptive, systems-based solutions that strengthen long-term ecological resilience and social sustainability. By combining scientific research, field-based experimentation, and collaborative innovation, we create future-ready models that contribute to lasting environmental stability and intergenerational responsibility.
At the same time, we recognize the fungal kingdom as a source of profound biological intelligence and ecological value. It is a core commitment of our work to engage with the treasures of the fungal world responsibly and respectfully — ensuring that research, application, and innovation remain ecologically sound, ethically grounded, and aligned with biodiversity preservation.
